ArtGen Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

Note: No returns will be accepted if the product is damaged during transit. Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery and report any transit-related damage immediately.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been customized, altered, or used after purchase.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design, as these may occur due to the nature of the product.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or environmental factors.

  • Products damaged during transit.



3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order details and clear images or videos of the defect or damage.

  • Our team will review the issue and confirm eligibility for return.

  • If approved, we will arrange a free return pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.


4. Refund & Replacement

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • You can choose between a refund or a replacement (subject to availability).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
